Volunteer Marketing Manager

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us reach more children and young people. You will work closely with our Design and Comms team to build our brand identity and awareness and also to deliver a seamless experience at all touchpoints for our students, parents and other stakeholders. You will create a marketing calendar and implement campaigns and promotional activities. You will help devise a multi-functional marketing plan to improve engagement with our stakeholders and work with our Insight & Analytics team to measure the success of our communication channels. The ideal person will be:

Experience in a marketing role at a senior manager level. Experience in multi-channel marketing (desirable) Marketing best practices with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication skills. Strong ability to build effective relationships. Have some experience working within the educational industry.

The role is flexible and the time commitment expected is around 3-4 hours a week. Please only apply if have regular time available and are looking to be part of an organisation for the long-term. You will be joining a fast-growing organisation of over 50 volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. There are lots of opportunities for you to shape and grow your role and gain skills in other areas.
