We are looking for an enthusiastic organiser to assist in creating a rolling programme of meetings and occasional local events to our membership and members of the public within the Thames Valley.

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Communications Manager the successful applicant will contribute to external speaker selection for Group meetings and communicate with them to firm upset up the events. .Liaise with speakers to identify presentation equipment requirements - laptop/projector/sound system etc. Work with the the Comms manager/social media/newsletter editor and webmaster to promote the event to both group members and members of the public. Source suitable external events to promote the Group and it's activities is also required.

Your input will increase the public awareness of TVGAM and its work to improve road safety throughout the Thames Valley as well as promote IAM Advanced Driving Courses to members of the public with the aim of increasing membership of our both IAM RoadSmart and TVGAM..
