The new Chair will support the board diversification and will work with the CEO in making sure the voices of people we work alongside (asylum seekers and refugees), are heard and that these will influence strategic decisions at board level. The new Chair will be committed to supporting the CEO and the rest of the board in the exciting new charity chapter and in implementing the new long term strategy.
