What will you be doing?

At Geek.Zone, we are developing a new, community-focused, open-source social platform to help all our members do everything they need as a Geek.Zone member, currently called Geek.Zone/Web. This includes,

Joining Geek.Zone Posting blog articles Purchasing Geek.Zone merch Physically opening the door at our upcoming community space Geek.Zone/01 Accessing the 3D printer

...as well as much more! Our intention is to make this available to other communities in the future so that they too can benefit from the platform in the same way. We are using DevOps principles to build this in Python Django and Tailwind on the front end. The platform is Kubernetes native, so we are also using Terraform across AWS and Azure to ensure high availability. To do this, we need you! What are we looking for?

We are seeking experienced Cloud Infrastructure professionals who are looking to use their superpowers for good! Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of Front End Development Experience and are eager to expand your craft.
