Role Summary

  • Manage and optimize Paid Search & Shopping activities across Google & Microsoft Advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to share insights and strategies.
  • Engage in testing ad copy, landing pages, and new features for performance improvements.
  • Oversee product feeds and report on campaign performance to meet KPIs.
  • Drive growth and efficiency with channel strategies and keyword research.
  • Support additional channels such as Amazon Ads, SEO, and Paid Affiliate marketing when needed.

Role Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Paid Search marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
  • Familiarity with Amazon ads, SEO, and Paid Affiliate marketing is beneficial.
  • Excellent multitasking, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive and motivated team player.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Search to help us achieve our mission of inspiring people to connect with each other in more meaningful ways. In this role, you will be primarily in charge of the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Paid Search & Shopping activity across Google & Microsoft Advertising. You will scale your influence by sharing Paid Search insights with other areas of the Marketing team and the wider business. Beyond the core Paid Search role, there is scope to broaden your responsibilities across channels such as Amazon Ads, SEO and Paid Affiliate marketing. Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead on the day-to-day management, campaign planning & ad builds for our Paid Search and Shopping channels across all our territories (UK, US, AU).
  • Run and implement regular account health checks to maintain account efficiency.
  • Plan, implement and manage our testing of ad copy, landing pages and new ad platform features on a regular basis to drive incremental gains.
  • Support with the management and optimisation of product feeds.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and ensure monthly KPIs are achieved.
  • Help to develop channel strategies and roadmaps targeting growth and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform product development priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all activity is both on brand and commercially successful.
  • Make data-driven decisions using our internal attribution model and performance metrics in response to trading conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with external partners including platform experts and agencies to drive success.
  • Support other Performance Marketing platforms and channels as needed e.g. Amazon Ads, SEO and Paid Affiliate Marketing.


  • Have at least 3 years’ experience of Paid Search marketing.
  • Comprehensive experience of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor. 
  • Knowledge of and interest in Amazon ads, SEO and Paid Affiliate marketing a plus.
  • Are organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly.
  • Are highly analytical with strong excel skills, while also being able to be creative.
  • Are an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Are motivated, and like to use your initiative. 
  • Enjoy being a team player.
  • Are a forward-thinker with ability to proactively drive projects and ideas into execution.
