Volunteer Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist needed to help support exciting children's project

What will you be doing?

The People Team is made up of 4 People/People Partners and 2 People Assistants/Admin (all on a voluntary basis) and we really need a specialist Recruiter to join the team, to drive and get involved in the recruitment of voluntary Team Members. Your main responsibilities will be: - Working closely with the People Partner and Team Leader to understand the different roles of volunteers within each team - Creating recruitment adverts and posting on our different platforms (including Reach and Social Media) - Reviewing CVs, organising and conducting screening calls and organising online meetings with the Team Leaders  - Reviewing and updating current Recruitment policies and procedures where necessary 

What are we looking for?

- Experience working in high volume recruitment environments - either in-house or agency - Someone who lives, breathes and loves recruitment - Strong interpersonal and organisation skills  - A passion for collaboration and working as part of the team

As a team of volunteers, we are ever so grateful to everyone who agrees to contribute some of their valuable time to the project, but as a minimum we ask for a commitment of at least 2 hours per week. All are voluntary positions with no remuneration offered other than what we hope will be a huge amount of job satisfaction and fun, working with like minded people with a passion for making a real difference to future generations.  The role is fully remote and can be done either in or outside office hours, however we would love some flexibility from the Recruiter in being able to dedicate some time during normal working hours to allow for any meetings/calls with candidates or Team Leads.
