What will you be doing?
- Use your strong understanding and working knowledge of early years and child care settings, including the curriculum, what’s working / not working/ barriers to healthy eating / motivations / barriers and beliefs about healthy eating (for example, Teachers, Early Years Lead, Family Support Workers, Catering Teams, Early Years Support Staff, Parent Associations, etc). - Designing, developing and/or delivering health and wellbeing interventions or programmes to increase awareness and education and to encourage behaviour change. Including an interest in providing creative ideas on how to design engaging and innovative ways to inspire change. - Interest and experience in working closely with nurseries and childcares (teachers, parents / carers) as a third party (i.e. not being part of the early years setting). This may include those who have experience delivering services to nurseries. - Experience managing, coordinating and delivering projects effectively and efficiently. - Work closely and collaboratively with other CFK Teams - including, other 'delivery teams' (schools, dentistry), the team that provides evidence-based Educational content, the Data and Research Team, and the People Team) - Support in the development of, and adhere to all CFK ways of working and protocols.
What are we looking for?
Degree or related degree in Early Years.
Experience working in early years settings.
Experience in storytelling or writing stories to raise attention and interest.
Previous experience working for Charities and/or volunteer organisations is desirable but not required.
Articulate written, visual, and verbal communication, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential.
A methodical and organised approach.
A team player, great collaborator and someone who takes pleasure in working towards a shared vision and team goals.
