What are we looking for?

Previous experience in coaching sports for children, particularly in a school setting. Knowledge of various sports and their rules, with a focus on age-appropriate activities. A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among primary school students. Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus. What difference will you make?

You will play a crucial role in improving the physical fitness of the children. Through regular exercise and sports activities, they can help children develop strength, endurance, agility, and coordination. This can contribute to better overall health and reduced risk of lifestyle-related diseases. Coaches can help children develop fundamental sports skills, such as dribbling a basketball, kicking a football, or batting in Cricket. These skills can not only enhance their performance in specific sports but also boost their confidence and self-esteem. Through sports, children learn the importance of practice, dedication, and self-discipline. They understand that improvement requires effort and commitment, which can be applied to other areas of life, such as academics.   Coaches can create inclusive environments where children of all abilities and backgrounds feel welcome and valued. This promotes acceptance, empathy, and a greater appreciation for diversity.
