Volunteer Backup Football Coach

What will you be doing?

What will you be doing?  

Stepping in to run weekly football after school clubs when we require your attendance 

Rough planning before each session (in your own time) to ensure that each session is of benefit to children’s progress and development throughout their time at the clubs 

Managing and maintaining the focus and attention of up to 20 children alongside one other football coach 

Having fun with the children!  

Where and when are you needed? 

You will be required to step in where needed, in at a local primary school in Westminster, between the hours of 3:30pm and 4:30pm up until July 2024 

What are we looking for?

Previous experience with or knowledge on children’s sport coaching 

An empathetic and understanding demeanour towards children’s needs and developmental progress  

Understanding of the importance of lesson planning in line with children’s current skills and progress 

Willingness and keen to run children’s weekly football clubs when needed on a Tuesday between the hours of 3:30pm and 4:30pm in Westminster
