What will you be doing?
We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing and maintaining email databases, and crafting engaging resources and newsletters to drive donations and fundraising. Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our charity, delivering valuable updates to our mailing contacts, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities:
Identifying our target audiences and building and growing our mailing list. Design and implement email marketing campaigns. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly. Write newsletters, including all charity updates. Ensuring prompt and accurate communication with our target audiences to minimize unsubscribes. Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements. Report on donations, app downloads, and fundraising generated from email marketing efforts. Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weaknesses, which could inform subsequent outputs.

What are we looking for?
Demonstrable experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using marketing automation software. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. Able to meet deadlines. Keeping abreast of marketing trends, developments, and innovations, specifically in email marketing. Excellent proofreading, copywriting, and copy-editing skills. Team player.
