Volunteer Non Executive Director

What will you be doing?

Sports Pathway Group is one of the UK's leading sport event management, consultancy and sports coaching social enterprises. We directly and indirectly engage with in excess of 30,000 people a year through our many events and programmes. 

What are we looking for?

Strategic management or business development role preferably in a multi-channel with strong brand identity Is or has been Director of an SME which has undergone sustained growth (Executive or Non-Executive) Hands on practical experience for running an business

What difference will you make?

We now have an incredible opportunity for a Non - Executive Director to join our team on a voluntary basis. Sports Pathway Group (SPG) is a social enterprise. It supports 1000s of people around the UK and reinvesting 100% of its profits back into the community. SPG is made up of a small team who are looking for an individual who can bring their expertise and knowledge in growing the business particularly the event industry. There are three broad areas of opportunity; improving our international growth, growth opportunities within the commercial sector and general business development. We are looking for someone who can provide strategic and operational advice and guidance, along with an opportunity to opening up our networks and partnership opportunities This is a voluntary appointment but we are looking for someone to support us approximately two to three days per month.
