Role Summary
- Manage the full order-to-cash process for the US market.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile bank and accounts receivable balances.
- Resolve billing disputes and perform credit checks.
- Collaborate with the global finance team in Amsterdam and the US team in New York.
- Report directly to the Financial Controller in Amsterdam.
Role Requirements
- Experience in full accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, credit, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in cash, bank applications, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude with high accountability and integrity.
We are Tony's, a revolutionary team making serious impact in the chocolate industry and we are looking for a new Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in New York City.
The role entails managing the full order-to-cash process and maintaining accurate records for our US market. You will have the full ownership of reconciling bank and accounts receivable balances, as well as resolving billing disputes and performing credit checks. You will be an essential part of our global Finance team based in Amsterdam, while working together with the US country team in New York City. You will report to the Financial Controller who is based in Amsterdam.
Job requirements include experience in full accounts receivable processes (order-to-cash), knowledge of bookkeeping, credit, and accounting principles, proficiency in cash and bank applications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel. Solid organization and time management skills are also required. You are proactive and have a high sense of accountability and integrity.
