Role Summary

  • Act as a technical storyteller, expertly presenting Braze's solutions to clients.
  • Interface with customers as a Pre-Sales Engineer, technical Consultant, or similar, leveraging your curiosity in tech.
  • Expand knowledge in B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, APIs, and analytics.
  • Collaborate across departments to support customers with a proactive attitude.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving and stimulate intellectual curiosity.
  • Travel to client locations across Northern Europe (up to 40% at peak times).

Role Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up.
  • Able to work as a team player and improve oneself while assisting others.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience with sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering.
  • Knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Braze is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant to join our team of technical storytellers.
This customer-facing role is an opportunity to bring your skills as a Pre-Sales Engineer, technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or Software Engineer, along with a high level of curiosity about all things tech. You will expand your knowledge of B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, APIs, analytics, and more. 

The role is based in our London office and requires some travel to client locations across Northern Europe, at most 40% at peak times.

  • Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team is required.
  • You have domain knowledge of three or more of the following:  SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).
