As an Account Manager at Payhawk, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high growth potential accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ultimately achieving revenue growth targets. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, collect and analyze data to learn more about customer behavior, and identify expansion opportunities. You will also own commercial negotiations and contracting activities, and work closely with the product team to share feedback and improve our product.

Job requirements include 4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales / account management role, a strong track record of revenue quota achievement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You should be a proactive self-starter with a track record of success and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
