Role Summary

  • Report to the Marketing Director of France and drive commercial growth in the French market.
  • Develop and fine-tune the regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on global feature releases.
  • Become the subject matter expert on Payhawk's audience and communicate the product's value to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.

Role Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup.
  • Native French speaker with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Customer-centric approach to marketing.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager in France to lead the creation and optimisation of our regional go-to-market strategy, and work closely with our Product Managers on global feature releases.

The Role: You will be reporting to the Marketing Director of France and will be key to accelerating our commercial growth in France and building our product-lead brand. You need to be data-driven, a great collaborator, have a high attention to detail, and a passion for both the commercial and technical sides of a SaaS business. You will become an expert and centralize understanding of our buying audience, provide clarity to Sales and Marketing teams on why Payhawk is valuable to our buying audience, and oversee the process for creating impactful product positioning, value propositions and messaging.

Job Requirements: You need to have 2+ years B2B product marketing or equivalent experience. Ideally, this includes experience in B2B SaaS and/or a high-growth startup environment. You need to be a French native speaker and fluent in English. You are an analytical and a data-driven decision-maker and customer-obsessed.
