The Role As a Customer Claims Handler, you will be providing outstanding service throughout the customer claim journey. You will be liaising with policyholders and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be managing your workload in an organised and efficient manner and using internal systems to record and accurately maintain correct claims information.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone who is diligent, industrious and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You should be a self starter who can take ownership of their workload. You should have previous experience of handling claims in a proactive manner and have first-class customer service skills. An ability to adjust to last minute changes in a flexible and adaptable way is also required.
