Role Summary

  • Make outbound calls to successfully capture third parties.

Role Requirements

  • Experience within an intervention team capturing third parties.
  • Understanding of the full customer claim journey.
  • Ability to mitigate third party costs with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence in knowledge of liability, fraud, and indemnity issues.

The Role As a Technical Claims Handler, you will be making outbound calls with the aim of successfully capturing third parties, to strive towards commercial goals. You will be supporting the after capture process in handling claims and mitigating the claims spend. You will also be reviewing claims processes and recommending changes.

Job Requirements We are looking for someone with experience in working within an intervention team and capturing third parties. You should have an understanding of the customer claim journey from FNOL through to settlement. A keen eye for detail and proven ability to mitigate third party costs is required. Confidence in knowledge of liability, fraud, and indemnity is also necessary.
