Role Summary

  • Provide technical support for modern workspace services, including workstations, networks, and enterprise applications.
  • Handle IT support tickets efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Intune.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (former MS Azure AD).
  • ITIL certification is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Google Workspace/GSuite/Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Job Description

As an IT Associate in Infrastructure Support, you will be called to assist our internal users with technical issues or questions relating to the modern workspace services at EcoVadis. This includes but is not restricted to workstations, network and enterprise applications. You will be managing requests and incidents from customers mainly through our service desk and communicating with them through the mentioned tool or over our messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues and resolving those.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service;
  • Manage the technical and process documentation where appropriate;
  • Install, test and maintain corporate workstations and office peripherals;
  • Manage and maintain stock of IT equipment and supplies;
  • Provide on-site and remote assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
  • Support and train end users on solutions managed and maintained by the IT department;
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality technical support;
  • Follow established ITIL practices for incident and problem management;
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems;
  • Experience with Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM);
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (former MS Azure AD);
  • ITIL certification is a plus;
  • Knowledge of MacOS is desirable;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;
  • Proactive and eager to learn;
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace/GSuite products/Microsoft Office suite;
  • Good organization skills, ability to systematize and prioritize;
  • Attention to details;
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal;
  • Fluency in English required (written and oral).
