Role Summary

  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and various teams within Birdie, including Professional Services and Customer Success, as well as Product and Engineering.
  • Utilize broad technical knowledge and project management experience to implement Birdie's solutions effectively.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, present integration strategies to senior stakeholders, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

Role Requirements

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with data integration tools and knowledge of various business systems like care planning, rostering, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Strong background in web-based/client server systems design, development, and implementation.
  • Understanding of best practices in environment and release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and business intelligence.

As a Technical Architect, you are part of the Professional Services team for our largest care partners. You will use your broad technical knowledge, full lifecycle project experience and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between client and the Professional Services and Customer Success teams, as well as the Product and Engineering teams. You’ll be comfortable evaluating a new software in a rapid technical spike, presenting a recommended integration approach to senior stakeholders, or leading UAT session to validate that Birdie’s solutions would solve our care partners’ pain points.

Job requirements include ability to creatively explain and present complex technical concepts in an easy to understand manner, knowledge of data integration tools with different care planning, rostering, payroll and invoicing business systems, strong background in design/development/implementation of large web-based or client server systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure, strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, deployment methodologies, business intelligence and analytics.
