Role Summary:
- Manage and expand your portfolio of GMS stores in the West Paris area.
- Negotiate product listings and secure prime in-store placements.
- Drive sales through promotional strategies and optimal category performance.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to enhance reporting.
- Utilize advanced tools for in-store surveys and data collection.
Role Requirements:
- Passion for organic food and sustainability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Prior commercial experience in specialized circuits and/or GMS.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective salesmanship and entrepreneurial drive.
- Residence within the assigned sector is ideal.
- Possession of a driver's license (B) and willingness to travel weekly.

We are looking for a Sector Manager for the West Paris area. You will be responsible for following and developing your portfolio of GMS stores, negotiating the listing of points of sale, optimizing and defending the placement of our products in stores, selling promotional operations and obtaining the best locations, having a category approach to optimize the performance of categories, the products that make it up and the point of sale, ensuring quality reporting to headquarters, by raising relevant information related to the market, competitors, customers, making linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores of his sector.
You have a real sensitivity to organic food and the issues it represents and have an excellent relationship and combine both autonomy and team spirit. You have a first commercial experience (field or store) in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS, you are rigorous and master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular). Your commercial temperament and your ability to undertake will be your best assets to succeed in this position and give a particular meaning to your career by joining our teams. Ideally located at home on the sector to cover. Holder of a B license, you accept weekly trips.

This position is evolving towards a headquarters function or another field position (geographical sector/different network).
