ISSOS offers a distinctive international summer school experience for students. Our 3-week courses blend academics, cultural enrichment, and fun to create a supportive and transformative environment for students to grow.   • Role Summary:
    • Develop and lead a 3-week outdoor leadership course.
    • Instruct international students for 3 hours a day, 4 afternoons each week.
    • Participate in evening activities on a rotating basis.
    • Prioritize student safety and well-being throughout the program.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Must have prior experience in outdoor education.
    • Previous teaching experience required.
    • Preference for candidates with experience in teaching international students.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or US.
    • Cannot sponsor UK work visas.
  • Benefits:
    • Competitive salary: £2000 for Cambridge and $2500 for Yale sessions.
    • Accommodation and meals provided once students arrive.
    • Travel reimbursements offered.
