Role Summary:

  • Be the welcoming voice and personality for potential customers as the Central Sales Associate.
  • Manage the membership inbox and qualify leads.
  • Arrange tours and attend to inbound phone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Engage with our broker network and nurture leads via phone and email.
  • Maintain our CRM with accurate customer data.
  • Provide additional support to Membership Managers as needed.

Since launching, we now have 9 buildings in London, Bristol and Brighton offering unique flexible office space for teams of 1 - 100 to work in, enjoying everything from dogs on demand to our famed Friday drinks trolley.

As our amazing Central Sales Associate, you’ll be supporting the engine that drives revenue for the business, supporting new leads and re-engaging leads who have previously enquired at RWE. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering that all important first impression in the best way possible, and nurturing leads through to a tour booking. 

A multi-tasker with a ‘phone first’ approach and the ability to make a two line email sing with personality, you’ll also be dealing with our extensive broker network, helping them to understand and promote Runway East in the best way possible. 

Whilst no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will revolve around:

  • Managing the membership inbox, qualifying prospective leads and arranging tours for the Membership Managers.
  • Answering all inbound phone enquiries and walk-ins. 
  • Calling all recent broker and inbound enquiries.
  • Phone and email nurturing all incoming leads.
  • Help to manage our CRM, collecting and recording customer data.
  • Additional support for Membership Managers as required.

Excellent Communicator - You’re able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to prospective customers in a manner that is effective and clear. You’re able to deliver a great first impression of Runway East and our ethos from that very first interaction, whether it’s on the phone or over email.

Attention to Detail - You are thorough and accurate in your work. You are organised and can prioritise your time well with projects that you are working on. Ability to identify prospects that would fit our community. 

Results Orientated - You’re happy to work towards an outcome and work within a team to achieve goals. You’re proactive in your approach to achieving your goal.

Sales Mindset - A hustler who thinks outside the box and sees every obstacle as a challenge they can’t wait to overcome. You’re positive, determined and resilient. You find a way to ensure Runway East is at the forefront of a lead’s mind.

Team Player - You’re keen to work in a collaborative environment and help provide support to the Sales and Marketing Team to further achieve wider goals.
