Role Summary:

  • Direct daily operations for a team of coaches educating thousands of learners.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance learner outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior management to drive company-wide improvements.

  • Analyze performance data to optimize operations and innovate processes.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' professional work experience, including 2+ years managing medium to large teams in a customer-focused setting.
  • At least 3 years in Operations, with a history of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for motivating others.
  • Experience in tech, education, or fast-growing startups is preferred.
  • A relentless curiosity and problem-solving prowess, especially in understanding learner needs.
  • A commitment to Multiverse's values with examples to showcase this alignment.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a group of coaches
delivering learning to a few thousand learners. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role balancing longer term projects aligned with the company’s objectives and ensuring the operations behind the learner experience are efficient and seamless.

The Opportunity

  • Where strategies do not exist, define and implement an operations strategy for your team that improves learner outcomes

  • Develop deep relationship with the Senior Operations Manager and Enablement to
    implement pod wide improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Learning, Product and GTM

  • Evaluate operational performance through data analysis and reporting

  • Monitor and analyse operational processes to identify areas of improvement and
    implement necessary changes

  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions

  • Create an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment fostering a culture
    aligned with Multiverse values

About you

  • 5+ years professional work experience, including 2+ years of people management experience, having managed mid to large size teams (5 reports +) in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

  • 3+ years of related Operations experience

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational
    excellence

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and
    continuous improvement

  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire
    and motivate teams

  • Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Preferred exposure to tech marketplace, education or high growth start-up

  • Relentlessly curious, always wanting to dig deeper and understand why, particularly
    to understand what our learners need

  • Problem solver skilled at identifying and resolving complex problems, exercising
    good judgement in drawing conclusions, navigating ambiguous environments while
    working cross functionally

  • You align closely with our values and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them.
