  • Drive the strategy and execution of market campaigns for our innovative product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in creating captivating campaigns and managing PR activities.

  • 3+ years of experience managing brands in the UK.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign strategy and project management.
  • Experience with PR, agency management, and understanding of the UK market.
  • Strong written communication skills and familiarity with our brand’s voice.

In Summary...

an exciting opportunity for an experienced campaigns & PR manager, to work with us on continuing our growth into the UK's most purposeful brand in the laundry, cleaning and personal care categories. 

you’ll bring proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to work with our in-house innovation team, the creative team, and all growth and brand channel managers, to cultivate compelling and effective go to market campaigns. Energised by entrepreneurial spirit and fast growth, you’ll take pride in diligent project management, enabling others to be their best, and pursuing a virtuous cycle of planning to insight to learnings to planning. Ensuring goals are aligned, objectives are met, and achievements are celebrated.

you’ll also be channel owner for all things public relations, and be proudly responsible for driving our ongoing social initiatives to support those living in hygiene poverty.

What does the role involve?...


  • leading a cross-functional team to plan and execute go to market strategies for new product launches, social initiatives and other brand campaigns 
  • working closely with our innovation team, creative team, growth team and brand communications colleagues, cultivating a compelling campaign strategy and being responsible for synchronizing communication plans across our channel mix
  • championing the best portrayal of the smol brand, finding ways to optimize for both short and long term growth 
  • developing and implementing our social initiatives to support people in hygiene poverty, via our relationship with The Hygiene Bank and our Suds in Schools initiative
  • developing PR and brand communication strategies that align with the business goals and target audience
  • providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials
  • championing a strong social and environmentally aware mindset, with desire to inspire colleagues and customers alike
  • critical thinking, awareness of new marketing and communication techniques and a willingness to innovate in an appropriate and thoughtful way
  • managing our PR activity and agency relationship
  • staying really close to our customers and our competitors
  • ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary

You will need/be...


  • 3+ years running brand(s) in the UK 
  • have experience in campaign strategy development and execution 
  • effective project management and delegation experience 
  • experience in line management & agency management  
  • understanding of PR for a similar sized brand 
  • a good understanding of UK consumers, trends and brand landscape 
  • a good understanding of performance marketing 
  • excellent writing skills and a good grasp on our tone of voice

the role is remote / home working but will involve regular travel to meet up with team members, so ability to travel to London and South-East is a must have.
