What will you be doing?
Our HR team play a key role in our success, particularly as we grow as a team. We are keen to bring in additional expertise in this space. Importantly, as we grow, we want to dedicate focus towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and are looking for the expertise of a specialist in the area as we evolve. London Search and Rescue, known as LonSAR, searches for vulnerable missing people across London to help end preventable loss of life. Working with the Metropolitan and City of London Police, we provide a 24-hour search and rescue service. LonSAR’s volunteer search professionals are selfless, dependable, trustworthy, courageous, and compassionate. Our team is committed to high standards through constant training and improvement and, coming from communities across London, reflects the diversity of the city we serve.
What are we looking for?
