    • Drive high-volume recruitment for Customer Operations, including Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Service, up to Senior Manager level.

Monzo offers a competitive salary of £33,000 - £45,000, stock options, benefits, flexible working hours, a learning budget, and much more. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with the opportunity to work remotely or from our Cardiff or London offices.

What you’ll be working on: 

We are looking for a high volume Recruiter to join our Customer Operations hiring team to support our continued business growth. As a Recruiter you’ll use your demonstrated experience to understand the needs of our internal stakeholders and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Your day-to-day:

  • Delivering against our forecasted volume hiring plan for various Customer Operations teams such as Fraud, Financial Crime, Customer Service and Financial Health up to Senior Manager level.
  • You'll build relationships and Partner with Hiring Managers to brief recruitment plan, understanding their current and future needs to help inform your hiring strategy.
  • Manage requisitions ensuring you’re driving a quality pipeline of diverse candidates through a mix of direct applications, sourcing and social recruiting.
  • Assess candidates through online testing, call and interview/ assessment days.
  • Work closely with the planning team to align on any changes to hiring forecast and amend delivery plan to support.
  • Own the communication of hiring plans with support teams involved in hiring and onboarding.
  • Own the end to end hiring process including candidate experience and identify opportunities for improvements in quality of hire, time to fill and interviewer/candidate experience.
  • Work on projects that have company-wide impact including improving interview processes, increasing diversity of candidate pipelines and helping develop the skills of the Hiring team.

You should apply if:

  • You've worked as a Recruiter, Resourcing Specialist, Resourcing Partner (or similar) in a high volume hiring environment 
  • You've hired for Customer Operations, Financial Crime and or Fraud positions entry level to Senior Manager ideally within FinTech/ Financial services.
  • Experience of owning hiring delivery plans and attraction strategies
  • Are used to working in a fast-paced, matrix environment and comfortable dealing with shifting priorities
  • Care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity
  • Are empathetic, adaptable and respectful of candidates’ needs and priorities
  • Can adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs
  • Understand the importance of using metrics to determine hiring plan and future hiring needs
  • You’re great at explaining things to people, and have flawless written English
  • You’re excited by our mission of making money work for everyone
