Role Summary:
- Develop a comprehensive digital performance and brand media strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs.
- Expand and optimize digital performance channels to boost online sales and manage forecasts.
- Execute and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as online video advertising on YouTube.
- Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B and multivariate tests for maximum effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing performance and generate insightful reports.
- Analyze competitor activities and assess brand performance in the market.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure integrated and coordinated efforts.
Role Requirements:
- Relevant degree or training in communication, marketing, or digital media, or professional experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in SEM, SEO, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Experience in website and landing page optimization.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, structured approach to work.
- Fluency in German and good English language skills.

Ecotone is looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to be based in either Bremen or Augsburg.
The role: You will be responsible for the development of a comprehensive digital performance and brand media strategy based on clear goals and KPIs. You will design, expand and optimize our digital performance channels, keeping an eye on our online sales and forecasting. You will manage paid social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and possibly online video advertising campaigns (Youtube) to increase reach and engagement and target specific audiences. You will continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, including testing ads, adjusting audiences, and fine-tuning keywords. You will use analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing activities and create regular reports. You will monitor competitor activities and analyze how the brands perform in relation to the competition. You will work closely with other marketing teams, including the online shop manager, social media manager, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of marketing activities.
Job requirements: You have completed a degree or comparable training in the field of communication, advertising copy/marketing or digital media or have professional experience in performance marketing. You have knowledge of using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Amazon Admanager. You have comprehensive knowledge in the various areas of digital marketing, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, display advertising. Ideally, you have experience in optimizing websites and landing pages. You have experience in conducting A/B tests and multivariate tests to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. You are strong in written and oral communication. You convince with your hands-on mentality and work in a structured and self-responsible manner. You have impeccable knowledge of the German language and good English skills.
