Natcap is a nature intelligence company spawned out of Oxford University that helps corporates measure, report and act on nature. Natcap's platform provides access to proprietary, scientifically robust data that enables companies to meet their reporting, risk management, and target setting requirements. You will be joining at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey as we close our Series A fundraising round and rapidly scale the business to meet growing demand.

The role: This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is a future executive who will have the simple goal of helping deliver Natcap’s strategic goals. You will work on multiple projects that will require you to be adaptable across different functions. No job should be too big or too small. Key responsibilities of the role include: Project Management, Target setting, Board Coordination, Fundraising, Executive Support, Thought Leadership.

Job requirements: Track record of excellence in what you do, A minimum of 3+ years work experience, Passion for the natural world, Proactive problem solver, Resilience, and the ability to make difficult things happen, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous context with changing priorities, Right to work in the UK.
