Role Summary

  • Manage employee information within Hyatt’s HR system globally, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison for technical matters between Mr & Mrs Smith and Hyatt regarding PeopleSoft.
  • Provide recruitment support using Asana and manage training compliance through MyLearning.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR systems, manage annual leave records, and support company event planning and travel logistics.
  • Manage staff benefits, including voucher creation and hotel stays, and coordinate day passes and meeting room bookings at Soho Works.
  • Assist in updating company policies and handbooks, such as those related to maternity, parental, and carer leave.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the HR team.

Role Requirements

  • A-level education or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on promptness and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and spreadsheets, and experience with various technology platforms.
  • Understanding of HR processes, contracts, and handbooks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to all internal employees.
  • Superb soft skills with a discreet and confidential approach to sensitive information.

Mr & Mrs Smith is seeking a People Administrator to support our ongoing integration with Hyatt. The role is systems driven and to assist in ensuring our company culture of positivity and energy is instilled in our team. We are proud to promote a culture of learning and development to help inspire our team and also provide the tools for personal and professional development.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Managing and maintaining all information in Hyatt’s HR system for the global team, this includes managing the process of onboarding/offboarding employees in the system. Key communicator and bridge between MMS and Hyatt for any technical related matters to do with PeopleSoft. Recruitment support to hiring managers via our project management system Asana. Managing report generation in Hyatt’s training module MyLearning and ensuring compliance training and welcome training is completed across the business. Assist with the maintenance of MMS HR systems including managing all company annual leave records and allocation. Support in organising all company gatherings and travel arrangements for the team. Support in managing staff benefits which include voucher creation, staff hotel stays, surprising and delighting schemes. Key contact with booking day passes and meeting rooms at Soho Works for across the business. Assist in the management of policies and handbooks: ie Maternity Leave, Parental, Carer, Menopause policies. Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements: A-level level of education (or equivalent) Ability to work in a fast-paced team and prioritise a busy workload Attention to detail, promptness and accuracy Keeping systems up to date and knowledge of Google docs/spreadsheets. Confident in using a diverse range of technology platforms Good knowledge of processes, contracts and the handbook Good communicator with the ability to relate to all internal employees Excellent soft skills and ability to act with discretion and confidentiality.
