The role In this role you’ll be responsible for growing our network of new tiney childminders through 2 key channels; by activating our existing tiney community to generate referrals, and by creating good-fit Partnerships with other organisations and networks around the country. For each channel we have clear KPIs and measurable goals which you’ll be targeted on achieving.

Key Responsibilities Referrals: You’ll take ownership of our referrals programme, activating our growing community of 1k+ childminders, 8k+ parents and select external partners. You’ll work end-to-end on referrals; designing, implementing and managing a high performing referrals programme within the tiney network. As referrals owner, it’ll be your job to own the referrals budget and to use content, events, campaigns and direct outreach to accelerate the growth of the tiney network of childminders through our existing community. You’ll collaborate with other teams to achieve our referral goals; briefing our product team on how the program should be integrated and reported within our tiney products, and leveraging our Social Media and Sales Adviser teams to support on activation.

Partnerships You’ll take ownership of our Partnerships strategy, finding ways to grow our network of new tiney childminders and new families through direct partnership channels. You’ll need exceptional relationship building skills, commercial sharpness and self-starter motivation to build bespoke partnerships which are built to last

Qualifications and Skills: A proven pair of hands with similar types of revenue or growth goals. You have experience in commercial roles and can evidence projects where you have owned strategy and shown proven results A natural relationship builder - emotionally intelligent and able to quickly build rapport and establish trust with a wide range of stakeholders by understanding their needs and how tiney can help ‘Curious minds see more’ - you embody one of our core ‘curiosity’ values of tiney and can show how a curiosity for customer needs translates into commercial outcomes An analytical thinker - you’re comfortable making data-driven decisions, whether to manage your own pipeline or to demonstrate ROI to the wider business as part of a commercial meeting Results driven and independent - you thrive working towards ambitious individual goals and are able to take on new challenges autonomously and with clear focus Tenacious and creative - you maintain momentum and energy through the ups and downs of sales cycles Growth mindset - when you’re excited by a mission you can use that as fuel for success and innovation.

Location: Tiney is a nationwide company . We work in a remote-first way, but many of our team are located within commuting distance of our office space in Holborn, London and usually come in a few days a week.
