- Role Summary:
- Conducting ad hoc visits including compliance, quality assurance, and registration.
- Ensuring adherence to the EYFS and tiney's quality standards.
- Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an early years practitioner with level 3 qualification in early years.
- Experience in conducting quality assurance visits and/or inspections.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to offer valuable advice.
- Confidence in supporting early years settings and challenging practices when necessary.
- Ability to travel in and around Greater Manchester, or London and the home counties.

This is where you come in. When someone registers with tiney, we go through a thorough registration and inspection process with them to make sure our tiney childminders are delivering world class childcare. Your mission will be to undertake registration, compliance and quality assurance visits for our tiney childminders, whilst always thinking about how we can use technology to scale this process.
What you'll be doing; Carrying out visits on an ad hoc basis - this could be compliance visits, full quality assurance visits (similar to an inspection) or registration visits. Ensuring that our tiney childminders are meeting the requirements of the EYFS and our own tiney quality bar
We’re particularly looking for: Experienced early years practitioners from all parts of the sector, especially those with existing experience of childminding. You will need to have a minimum level 3 qualification in early years. People who have experience carrying out quality assurance visits and/or inspections You're good at explaining things to people, you can provide great advice and you are patient and thoughtful in all of your interactions You are confident with supporting early years settings, have experience in early education and can challenge practices where needed People able to travel in and around Greater Manchester, or London and the home counties
