  • Support the development of cutting-edge internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Collaborate with key departments such as Finance, Sales Operations, and Web teams.
  • Work closely with vendors to bring key system developments to fruition.
  • Define system requirements and analyze data sources and outputs.
  • Manage and support the testing process.
  • Provide project management support for smaller-scale projects.
  • Prior publishing experience is highly desirable.
  • Competency in a range of business analysis techniques.
  • Business Analysis professional certification.
  • Proficiency in capturing workflows and working with third-party APIs.
  • Experience writing test scripts/scenarios and managing testing processes.
  • Strong communication skills.

The role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of new, business-critical systems, both internal and customer-facing. You will liaise with Finance, Sales Operations and Web teams, and work with vendors in order to realise the development of these key systems. Your role will include defining requirements, analysing data sources and outputs, managing and supporting testing, and providing project management support on smaller projects where required.

Job requirements The ideal candidate will have publishing experience, knowledge of and experience using a good range of business analysis techniques, and Business Analysis professional certification. Experience of capturing workflows, working with third-party APIs, writing test scripts / scenarios and managing testing, and good communication skills are also required.
