- Provide pivotal support to Polish RPA initiatives and serve as the liaison for 'new' Member States in ESA's collaborative projects.
- Analyze and study Polish capabilities and priorities to assist in decision-making processes.
- Foster international cooperation among Poland, NMS, AM, and other ESA Member States.
- Master's degree in engineering or science.
- Knowledge of space programmes, particularly ESA's.
- Experience with ESA's internal processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong relationship management capabilities.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
The position is a non-renewable 4-year contract within the A2-A4 salary bracket. Application Process: Open to nationals from specific ESA member countries. Candidates will undergo basic security screening post-selection.

The Role: As a Capability Support Engineer, you will be providing support to the initiatives of the Polish RPA schemes and be the focal point for one or more other “new” Member States (NMS), Associate Members (AM) or European Cooperating States (ECS) and their relevant funding schemes. You will aid in performing the analysis, studies and surveys of Polish capabilities and priorities as necessary to support the relevant delegation decision processes. You will also assist in the establishment and encouragement of international cooperation between entities in Poland, NMS, AM and other ESA Member States.
Job Requirements: You should have a master's degree in any relevant engineering or science domain. You should also have knowledge of space programmes, including those of ESA, experience of ESA’s internal processes, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, very good relationship management skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
Benefits: This is a non-renewable post for a limited duration of 4 years and is classified A2-A4 on the Coordinated Organisations’ salary scale.
