The role of the Campaign Delivery Manager is responsible for delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns, enabling in-person sales teams and working closely with those who manage earned media and channels, paid and owned media. You will work closely with Campaign Managers to deliver the integrated campaigns to their brief, seeing through quality implementation from working with designs on creative concepting through to bringing the proposition to life across multiple channels (B2B and B2C). You will manage a small team of Marketing Officers who will work alongside channel specialists e.g., paid, owned, earned, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to meet growth targets.
Job requirements include experience of working in an integrated campaign environment, focus on driving income growth and optimisation of channels, good understanding of the digital marketing landscape, reputation for getting the best from cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners, and driving solutions and outcomes at pace, and a commercial and results-orientated mindset.
