Role Summary:
- Assist the Senior Jurist in distribution and marketing law within the Group's Legal Department.
- Engage in the analysis and drafting of various contracts including commercial, logistical, and confidentiality agreements.
- Contribute to the validation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Perform legislative and jurisprudential monitoring and distribute legal newsletters.
Role Requirements:
- Currently in the final year of Master 2 or Law School, specializing in Distribution Law, Economic Law, or Contract Law.
- Seeking a work-study program to commence in September 2023.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department, ideally within the consumer goods or distribution sector.
- Dynamic, proactive, and rigorous work ethic.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage various business law subjects.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

We are currently looking for a Jurist in distribution and marketing law for a one-year work-study program, starting in September 2024. Integrated into the Legal Department of the Group, and under the responsibility of the Senior Jurist of Ecotone, your mission will consist in assisting him in the fields of distribution and marketing law, and more broadly in economic law.
Job requirements include: Analysis of commercial and logistical contracts related to the networks of large distribution, e-commerce, French out-of-home network, drafting of reserves and amendments; Analysis and drafting of confidentiality contracts; advertising and marketing creation agency contracts, product purchase contracts and service provision contracts, Validation of communication supports and promotional operations (websites, advertisements, competitions ...), Legislative and jurisprudential monitoring, dissemination of legal newsletters.
You are in your final year of Bac+5 training (Master 2 Distribution Law, Economic Law, contract law) or in Law School and you are looking for a work-study program starting in September 2023. You have a first experience in a law firm and/or in a legal department ideally in the consumer goods or large distribution sector. You are dynamic, proactive and rigorous, you are autonomous and know how to work on various subjects in business law. You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills.
