Role Summary:Work alongside the Head of Compliance to execute Payhawk's strategic compliance initiatives.Conduct thorough customer due diligence and uphold KYB/KYC protocols.Analyze documents and data for customer applications and monitor for fraudulent activities.Respond to additional compliance-related inquiries as they arise.
Role Requirements:Minimum of 2 years in an AML/Onboarding Analyst role.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field preferred.Proactive, positive, open to feedback, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong interpersonal skills and initiative to start high-impact projects.

The Role The KYC Onboarding Analyst will collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance and relevant stakeholders. This role includes executing the company's strategy in alignment with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks. The primary objective is to perform customer due diligence, implement Payhawk’s KYB/KYC protocols, evaluate documents and data submitted for customer applications, detect fraudulent activities through client screening and monitoring, and address any additional requests as needed.
Job requirements At least 2 years of work experience as an AML/Onboarding Analyst. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Law or any related field. Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment. A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have a high business contribution. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
