  • Lead the management of concession contracts in the Telecommunications and Earth Observation Contracts Division.
  • Support the Project team and operate under the direction of the Exploitation Manager.
  • Contribute to the agency's mission by ensuring contractual compliance and efficiency.
  • A Master's in Law, with exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • Customer-centric approach with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with various international stakeholders and in team settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and French, with the skill to understand and draft legal/contractual documents in both languages.
  • Understanding of technical and management issues, along with a strong sense of discretion and integrity.

The role entails working as a Concession contract – Officer in the Telecommunications and Earth Observation Contracts Division, Contracts Department, Directorate of Commercialisation, Industry and Competitiveness. The Concession Contract Officer will be responsible for the day to day management of the contractual aspects of the concession contract in support of the Project team and under the authority of the Exploitation Manager.

Job requirements include a master's in law, excellent communication skills, in verbal and written form, customer orientation with sound judgement in solving problems, ability to interact with multiple international actors and to work collaboratively in a team to achieve organisational goals, excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to manage several tasks efficiently in parallel, strong capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment, knowledge of French and English as well as the ability to understand and formulate contractual/legal texts in both languages, ability to understand issues of a technical and management nature, discretion and integrity.
