- Develop and manage a portfolio of stores to increase sales in the PACA region.
- Negotiate product listings and optimize product placement in stores.
- Execute sales strategies and promotional operations.
- Provide quality market, competitor, and customer insights to headquarters.
- Administer business management and address customer complaints within the sector.
- Conduct store surveys and employ merchandising expertise to enhance brand visibility.
- Residential location should ideally be in Var (83).
- A degree in commerce (Bac +3/5) with at least 6 months experience in retail.
- Demonstrated sales acumen, advisory skills, and merchandising knowledge.
- Proficiency in office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset.

We are currently looking for our Market Manager PACA H/F on a permanent contract as soon as possible (sectors: 6, 13, 2A, 2B, 30, 83 and 98) for the brands Bonneterre, Danival, Evernat, Tartex, Abbot Kinney’s, Le Sillon. Reporting to the Regional Manager, your missions in the adventure will be to follow and develop your portfolio of stores, in order to develop the turnover, within the framework of the commercial policy (annual negotiations: signing of unique conventions), Negotiate the listing of points of sale (DN development, Direct and centralized stores) Optimize and defend the implementation of our products in stores, Sell promotional operations and obtain the best locations (MEA), Maximize brand visibility beyond merchandising (PLV, ILV, Animation,...), Ensure quality reporting to headquarters, by providing relevant information on the market, competitors, customers, Ensure business management, administrative follow-up of the sector and handle complaints, Carry out linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores in his sector.
Ideal place of residence: Var (83) Commercial training Bac +3/5, you have a first experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS (Minimum 6 months). You have a strong commercial temperament, a keen sense of advice and you master the basics of merchandising. You have a good capacity for analysis and management of activity and are also autonomous and rigorous. Finally, you master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular). Your leadership profile, your excellent interpersonal skills, your management skills and your sense of service will be your best assets to succeed in this position.
