Teach First is committed to building a fair education for all children. Our Programme Operations team is responsible for the design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of core programme tasks and processes across all Teach First programmes. We aim to balance a customer centred approach with optimum efficiency.
As a Programme Operations Officer, you will collaborate with colleagues across Programme Operations to support the design, improvement and implementation of effective and efficient programme processes. You will work with our Programme Operations Managers and Delivery teams to provide insight and support to implement and improve our programme processes. For core Programme processes, Programme Operations Officers will execute and monitor key tasks to ensure a high-quality experience for our external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with the ability to document and improve processes and write effective guidance. You should have good knowledge of excel and Salesforce CRM with the ability to handle data effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as being a strong communicator, fast learner and adaptive to feedback.
