Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project coordination or similar roles
  • Familiarity with project tooling e.g., Asana, Monday.com, etc.

The Role As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of various projects within our organization. Based in Ghana, you will work closely with our dynamic team to ensure the successful implementation of the various programs. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, resources, and tasks and providing administrative support to ensure efficient project delivery. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining project schedules and meeting objectives.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is preferred. PMP Certification desired. Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal customers and stakeholders from different countries and cultures. A proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude. Some experience running and organising projects including planning, design, implementation and reporting back to stakeholders. Experience supporting multiple projects/programmes simultaneously, ideally in a portfolio or PMO/CPO environment. Exposure to portfolio-level reporting (not just individual project reporting). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Strong skills in project tooling (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent).
