  • Role Summary:
    • Engage with customers via Live Chat regarding policy renewals or cancellations.
    • Influence and assist customers in renewing their insurance policies or switching plans.
    • Occasionally work on bank holidays to provide continuous customer support.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Proven sales experience, preferably in Renewals, Cancellations, or Retention.
    • Experience in digital communication roles, especially involving live chat, is highly valued.

    • Initial 30-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
    • Completion of a short task.
    • 60-minute technical & culture interview with the Operations Team.
    • Background checks including a DBS check due to FCA regulations.

The Role As a Retention Operations Executive, you will be speaking with customers via Live Chat whose policies are due to expire, to make changes or if they are considering cancelling their policies. You will be actively guiding and influencing customers to renew their policy or stay with us on the same or a different plan. You will also be required to work occasional bank holidays.

Job Requirements We are seeking a candidate with a Sales focused background. If you have specifically worked in a Renewals, Cancellations or a Retention based role, this would be a huge advantage! If you have experience in a digital role involving live chat communication, this is a big plus.

Application Details We break it up into 3 stages: Initial call with one of our Talent Acquisition team (30 mins), a short task, a technical & culture interview with two People from our Operations Team (60 mins). To meet our regulatory obligations as an FCA-authorised financial services company, we need to do some background checks on all new hires. That means carrying out a DBS check and making sure you don't have any live criminal proceedings.
