  • Work closely with the Growth team to drive marketing efficiency and optimize growth strategies.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines, reporting, and analysis.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for KPI monitoring and insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Marketing, Product, or Operations.
  • Expertise in SQL and data modelling practices.
  • Adept at building cross-functional relationships and communicating insights effectively.
  • Strong grasp of problem-solving, data analysis, and data visualization techniques.

We are MANUAL, a promising start-up in the health & wellness space. We deliver healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss. We are centralising the diagnosis, custom medications, doctor specialist services, behavioural change and fully vertically integrated management of the treatment journey, under one roof and consumer brand.

As a Data Analyst, you will be working closely with Growth team stakeholders to help them report on KPIs and drive efficiencies in marketing spend to optimise growth. You will do this by owning data pipelines, reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for data pipelines and data modelling for marketing data. You will implement best practices like testing and alerting. You will build and maintain dashboards that will help the Growth team report on, break down and understand KPIs (self-service). You will use stakeholder communication and management to help understand stakeholder problems, break them down using problem solving frameworks and analyse the data to find solutions and recommendations.

Job requirements include 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Marketing, Product or Operations, excellent working knowledge of SQL and data modelling best practices, ability to build meaningful relationships with cross-functional colleagues, proven understanding of problem solving techniques, data analysis and data visualisation, and strong communicator of insights.
