About Marshmallow We started Marshmallow when we found out how unfair insurance prices are for people who move to the UK. We saw an opportunity to do things differently, so we made it our mission to back the ones who step outside the norm. We serve people that are often overlooked by financial services companies, solving important problems for people who need it most.

The Role As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for renewal revenue and in-policy revenue. You will build and execute on a strategy to improve performance in these areas, agree goals twice-yearly, and report regularly to Senior Leadership and the Retention Tribe on progress. You will also act as the product manager for one of the two teams working in the space and oversee the other product team.

Job Requirements You should have at least 5 years of direct product management experience, with a track record of high impact. You should be detail oriented, quantitatively minded, customer obsessed, outcome oriented, entrepreneurial, and a true collaborator. You should also have experience of coaching or managing product managers.

Benefits We offer flexible working, a competitive bonus scheme, a flexible benefits budget, mental wellbeing support, learning and development opportunities, private health care, a medical cash plan, a tech scheme, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). We also have monthly team socials and company-wide socials every month.

Application Details Our process is broken up into 3 stages: an initial call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, an experience and behaviour interview, a skill-based interview, and a culture interview with a senior member of the team. We encourage everyone to apply for our open roles, regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age or background.
