However, we need to do more and we need your help. This role is part of the Growth division, which is responsible for generating income and building relationships to bring the resources and support needed to deliver our mission. This includes donors, recruits, ambassadors, sector partners, corporate partners and government.
As School Partnerships Growth Coordinator, you will provide administrative, data and logistical support to your team, facilitating effective and efficient ways of working, to ensure their work is as impactful as possible. You will need to be a strong planner and organiser, experienced in managing your own time effectively, and able to respond quickly to unforeseen tasks or priorities. You should have strong experience using programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and an understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage data. You should be able to manipulate and present data, and be a confident and clear communicator, both in verbal and written form. You should be able to actively listen to stakeholders’ needs, adapting your style accordingly, and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, providing high quality customer service.
