We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Relief Multi Drop Delivery Driver based from Battersea - New Covent Garden to deliver our award-winning veg boxes to our customers doorsteps.
Pay - £15.13 per hour ( £31,470 per annum )
This role is a Permanent Contract, 40 hours, 5 days per week, usually Monday to Friday and inclusive of Bank Holidays. Start and finish times vary but are usually from 4 am until finish – flexibility is required.
Location – This role will be based out of our hub in Battersea - New Covent Garden. Units 133 - 135 New Covent Garden, 9 Elms Lane, Battersea, London SW8 5NX
What you will be doing…
As a Relief Driver you will be asked to cover driving rounds that you are unfamiliar with and travelling further afield as and when required, which may on occasion require an overnight stay.
We pride ourselves on being at the heart of our community of customers and our valued delivery drivers have great relationships with each one, taking the time and care to ensure each veg box arrives in perfect condition and carefully delivered to our customers preferred location.
We are looking for safe & responsible multi-drop driving experience as we deliver an average of 80 plus drops veg boxes per day, which will increase at busier times of the year.
Delivering even greener veg
We’re swapping diesel vans to electric vehicles wherever range permits it (some of our more rural routes are too long for the range of electric vehicles at the moment). Van for van, this change will reduce emissions by up to 70%
