Now, as we expand into the UK, we seek an ambitious Customer Success Manager to secure the coolest clients for the coolest gigs, and to contribute to our vibrant scale-up culture.

  • Role Summary
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with job postings and facilitating initial freelancer matches.
    • Provide expert guidance on maximizing platform benefits and optimizing client experience.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling with a commercial mindset.
    • Bridge the gap between freelancers and companies, ensuring smooth cooperation.
    • Handle various administrative and support tasks to streamline operations.
  • Role Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success roles.
    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated ability to nurture and grow business relationships.
    • Resilience and determination to excel in a competitive environment.

Our simple solution has since become a nationwide staple in the Netherlands connecting thousands of freelancers to thousands of gigs daily! YoungOnes has just landed in the UK. In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, we need the coolest clients. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help us grow our UK business.

The role: You follow up on customer contact and help (new) clients with placing the jobs and making the first matches. You are an advisory partner to customers and ensure that they are aware of all the ins and outs of the platform and that you can use the platform optimally. You help internal and external processes improve to create the optimum client experience. You are always looking for opportunities with a commercial eye, cross-selling and upselling is in your blood. You switch between freelancers and companies where this is necessary, you are the bridge between these 2 parties. Other administrative and support tasks.

Job requirements: We are looking for an experienced Customer Success professional to join our dynamic team. You have 2+ years of experience and are confident in both written and verbal English communications. Additionally, you have a proven track record of retaining and growing business relationships.
