- Lead the delivery of Self Space's engaging talks, workshops, and training.

We’re Self Space, a contemporary mental health service offering a good conversation with a qualified person. We support individuals and some of the most progressive, industry-leading global companies to reach their potential. After launching the world’s first on-demand mental health service right on the High Street in Shoreditch, London — we’re looking for brilliant therapists to join our mission to launch a Self Space on every High Street, in every city, across the UK.
The role entails leading on the ongoing delivery of Self Space talks, workshops, training, groups for existing and new partners. You will be responsible for developing and delivering workshops and training spaces grounded in psychotherapy and psychoeducation. Upholding beautiful and human relationships with our partners to ensure their needs are heard, held and communicated within delivery. Managing the facilitation team ensuring they have adequate support, information and guidance to facilitate to the best of their ability.
Job requirements include a minimum of 3 years as a practicing therapist, proven experience in a coordination role, ability to think strategically, confident in representing Self Space in all areas of its work, experience of psychoeducation delivery and evaluation, experience of using Group work skills, experience of facilitating group therapy or process groups, experience of developing psychoeducation content and exercises, experience of managing or supporting a team.
