Role Summary:Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop user-centric designs for the tiney app and web platforms.Enhance the childcare experience through innovative design solutions.Contribute to the evolution of our internal design system and UI kit in Figma, ensuring product consistency and scalability.
Role Requirements:A minimum of 3 years' experience in product design, supported by a strong portfolio.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

The role Are you a talented and creative Product Designer looking for a part-time opportunity 3-4 days per week to make a meaningful impact? Join our passionate team at tiney and help us revolutionise the childcare industry through innovative design! Your Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to create user-centric designs that enhance the childcare experience for our customers. Work predominantly on the tiney app for childminders and their families, with some web work for certain flows. Maintain and grow our internal design system and UI kit, built in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products.
Job requirements 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. Proficiency in design tools, including Figma. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
