About tiney We’re building a platform that enables people to open and run their own home-based childcare businesses, allowing passionate early years educators to focus more energy on the children, enjoy doing what they love, and spend less time on the complex business admin and compliance that comes with the job. We launched in early 2020, have raised Series A funding from top European investors. We're at an exciting stage of growth — we have over 900 registered childcare providers in England and we're processing over £20M per annum of childcare payments through our platform.

The role We're in search of a seasoned, data-driven Product Manager with a focus on impact to join us at tiney and assist in scaling our operations. As a key member of our product team, you'll collaborate on setting goals, crafting strategy, and ensuring exceptional childcare experiences for our customers. Specifically, you’ll help us work on our family of products that support the Quality Assurance of tiney childminders, and the operational aspects of supporting our tiney field staff.

Job requirements Experience in early-stage startups or scale-ups within a Product Team. Direct experience engaging with customers. Strong organisational skills to manage and report on multiple product tests and requirements concurrently. A data-driven mindset, adept at rapid experimentation and reporting. Excellent communication skills and a keen commercial sense. A passion for measurement, reporting, and analytics. Proficiency in modern product development processes and associated software.
