As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be integral to our People Team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You'll drive the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our vision and goals are met through a values-driven culture. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Design and manage operating processes, strategy planning, and execution within the People Team.
- Support the Chief People Officer in strategic partnerships and oversee high-impact projects.

About the Role
As the Senior Program Manager, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be the operating drumbeat of the team to ensure that we achieve our vision and goals, while building a values-driven team culture. You will orchestrate critical operating rhythms, drive strategic initiatives, enable leadership team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration and facilitate department-wide visibility, cohesion, and engagement. Through your operational prowess, strategic insights, grit, comfort with ambiguity and EQ, you will play a crucial role in driving execution, while strategically positioning the People Team for long term success.
Responsibilities
- Operating Rhythms: Design and manage all operating processes for the People Team, including long-term strategy, annual planning and goal setting, and execution management to ensure we develop and achieve the right strategy and goals.
- Strategic Partnership and Projects: Directly support the Chief People Officer to help define long term strategy that will enable the People Team to maximize its impact on the business. Lead cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives by developing a vision and project plan, coordinating stakeholders and workstreams, and effectively managing change.
- Leadership Forums: Manage all People Team leadership forums (e.g. staff meetings, extended leadership team meetings, offsites), to ensure leaders are focused on the most strategic issues and using their time together effectively by setting agendas, coordinating guests, and tracking follow ups.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue within the People department and across the organization, building relationships and identifying cross-functional interdependencies to enhance impact, while driving operational improvements and strategic alignment.
- Team Engagement: Coordinate and champion activities that foster a sense of team cohesion and connection to facilitate strong relationships and more effective collaboration.
- Communications & Knowledge Management: Prepare strategic communication (e.g. Town Hall decks, strategy docs, Board slides, Team-wide emails, etc) and manage internal knowledge management (e.g. intranet) to enhance team-wide visibility, transparency, alignment, and cohesion.

- Operational Prowess: Deep program management skill set with a proven track record of effectively designing and leading complex processes, ability to keep the trains running on time, extreme ownership mindset, attention to detail and eye towards simplicity and efficiency.
- Communication: Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate concise, yet compelling narrative. Has the ability to say what they mean and tactfully pushback and challenge senior leaders.
- Collaboration: Quickly establishes trust and credibility and fosters deep partnerships through superb collaboration and interpersonal skills. Capable of leading through influence over authority and building bridges across the organization.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand what we are solving for, use data and logic to formulate a point of view and define a strategy that addresses the key objectives.
- Comfort With Ambiguity and Grit: High levels of resilience, adaptability and comfort with changes. Thrives in the eye of the storm and expertly steers through ambiguity and complexity, with a knack for making the most out of resources and transforming chaos into order.

For candidates living in San Francisco / Bay Area, New York City, or Seattle metros, the expected salary range for the role is currently $202,500- $248,000. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
For candidates living in all other US locations, the expected salary range for this role is currently $172,100 - $210,000. Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
